Echinacea is know to build the innate immune system and natural killer cells. Fights off cold but also shortens the life of a cold duration. Astragalis is a perfect herb for building the immune system in a chronic depletion.
Also includes lots of herbs known for their Vitamin C
Hibiscus, Rosehip, Orange & Lemon, Lemon Myrtle, along with Aniseed, Elder & Linden but finished off with a hint of Chili to give the immune system an extra kick along and a slight warming hue.
