Tea: Green Tea – Australian Sencha – spray free

Green tea is very important for general health and wellbeing.  The polyphenols within green tea widely known for its health benefits.

Did you know that Gargling and drinking Green tea, in particular gargling it has shown to reduce the risk of contracting influenza and the common cold. The Tannin’s in green tea has shown to have broad anti viral effects topically.studies of elderly gargling the equivalent of 1/2 cup of green tea 3 times daily were more than 15 times less likely  to catch the flu (note this is not referring to Covid19)
