Turmeric is much talked about, it has been used as an anti inflammatory in India and in natural medicine for 1,000’s of years.  It is great in curries but when made correctly it is also lovely and refreshing as a herbal tea and is now a trendy Turmeric Late which is great but not only served with milk and can be served both hot or cold.
